Booking / Reservation office - back office

It is office work, It requires to correspond with clients , partner travel agencies and other customers who want to  use our accommodation capacity. One  part of the work is sales part, sales manager and part of marketing.

Reception office - front office

This position requires everyday  personal  contact with customers and care about clients, from their arrival, during  their stay in the hotel till their departure,check in,check out,account stay,etc.

Skills required :

  • Experience with PC
  • Good knowledge of English language  – both in written and spoken way/ conversation
  • Friendly attitude towards  customers and  good  communication with colleagues
  • Practise in this field  is welcomed.

Office time
Reservation - 8,00 till 16,30 - Mo till Fr
Reception - 8,00pm till 20am .Services – long and short week changing
