Booking / Reservation office - back office
It is office work, It requires to correspond with clients , partner travel agencies and other customers who want to use our accommodation capacity. One part of the work is sales part, sales manager and part of marketing.Reception office - front office
This position requires everyday personal contact with customers and care about clients, from their arrival, during their stay in the hotel till their departure,check in,check out,account stay,etc.Skills required :
- Experience with PC
- Good knowledge of English language – both in written and spoken way/ conversation
- Friendly attitude towards customers and good communication with colleagues
- Practise in this field is welcomed.
Office time
Reservation - 8,00 till 16,30 - Mo till Fr
Reception - 8,00pm till 20am .Services – long and short week changing
